What we collect

When you contact MiteXpert through WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking request form, we may receive your name, phone number, service area or address, the items you want cleaned, your preferred date and any message you choose to include.

The booking request form on this website does not store your details. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, recommend a service or package, arrange and confirm appointments, carry out the service and follow up on maintenance visits you ask for.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use these reports only in aggregate to improve the website, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives standard technical information when the page loads.

Photos of your home

We only publish photos, videos or stories from a customer's home with that customer's permission. You can ask us to remove any material featuring you or your home at any time.

Your choices

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.
